Return And Exchange

At Buneeze, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@buneeze.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, Visa, etc.).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, let us know in your email.

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in acceptable condition.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Buneeze is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
