Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@buneeze.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.
